Ingredients:
1 peeled navel orange (in slices)
2 sliced frozen bananas (peel and slice before freezing)
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup diced frozen mango (optional)
1 1/2 cups organic plain yogurt (can use coconut yogurt or hemp yogurt)
1 tbsp freshly ground flax seeds (optional)
1 tsp spirulina (only add if using coconut or hemp yogurt instead of dairy yogurt)
5 ice cubes (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients into the blender. Be sure to hold down the lid and blend on low
speed for 30 seconds. Then blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into glasses.
